This highly successful, national Firm want you to join their team in a project focused role.

Your new company
This national, commercially astute Law Firm have a key focus on client relationships, providing industry leading service and developing their staff. They are at the top of their game, a highly successful Firm with a motivated and engaged staff who are there because they truly love what they do. With a large presence in Christchurch, they are looking to drive and implement key process and systems improvements across the business and are looking for a bright, switched on individual to lead this.

Your new role
The first 6 months of this role will see you drive and implement compliance for the Firm, based on the changes under AML/CFT legislation. You will ensure the Firm adheres to all banking and finance obligations, including:

AML
FATCA
CRS
CFT

Once this project is completed your focus will turn to looking at the current systems and processes the Firm is running. You will complete an analysis of current situation, identify opportunities for improvement and implement these. This Firm are looking to be ahead of the game when it comes to automation and technology and you will be the key player in this!

What you'll need to succeed
Communication skills will be vital in this role as you will be working with strong, experienced stakeholders. You will enjoy working and persuading with facts and be confident articulating your ideas. A proven history of driving process change within a complex organisation is a must, as is a positive attitude.
