Cloud10 Construction Limited is a design & construction company who focuses on residential and light commercial properties. Started from 2017, we had made affordable dream houses for Kiwis in Auckland area. We are now looking for carpenter assistants to join our team of great people. This is a immediate start, full-time position, you will be given at least 40 hours work per week.
To be considered suitable for this position, you must:
Be able to properly use and maintain hand and power tools
Have general building, carpentry, framing and repairs skills and experience
Knowledge of building methods and materials
Be able to interpreting architectural drawings and building plans
Have basic level of Maths to measure and cut materials to the right size and shape
Be able to incorporate fixtures like door handles and locks, cabinet handles, stairway railing, and other fixtures into design and implementation
Have a good attitude to work, good time management skills and are willing to learn
Have knowledge of all applicable health and safety
Be able to comfortable work at heights and in confined spaces
Be able to follow instructions and work well in team
