We provide all gear and equipment including top-of-the-range boots, pants, shirts, jackets, and a personal kit bag with saws, ropes, and a climbing harness.

We will not ask you to work with gear that is not fit for purpose.
We will not expect you to work with gear that is not maintained.
We will not treat you like a machine.
We will not give you unrealistic time frames for jobs.
