Good afternoon all I'm seeking either a farm assistant role or a milk for rent position ASAP.
I am 18 years old and have been dairy farming for a little over 2 years now from the day I first set foot on farm I have loved it and I still do. I am very competent with most aspects of dairy farming I am a very confidant and reliable milker I have been taught many different methods for milk production animal health and even shed hygiene. I have moderate experience in tractor work and other machinery work I can confidantly ripe 2 wheel and 4 wheel bikes. I can move and set up irragation units(I am most familiar with spinning spreaders). I am more than willing to learn more and further my experience and education in the farming industry. I am a passionate hard working reliable and punctual young man and I am more than eager to get back out there on the farm. I am currently situated in Foxton but am looking for positions around wellington-wairarapa - manawatu-wanganui areas. I have a beautiful partner who lives with me and we have 2 dogs 1 being staffy x bull mastiff and her name is saff she is 2 years old (but acts like she's 40) and we have her puppy zues who is bull mastiff x staff x pitbull he has been fixed and we have kennals and muzzles if necessary. Now unfortunately both my partner and I smoke but we are willing to give up for this lifestyle.
