Description
Hi my name is Blair Searle and I am looking for a position on a dairy farm or a dry stock farm for next season. I am 18 and I have my full NZ drivers license. I have grown up on a dairy farm all my life and would like to gain experience and knowledge in the farming industry. I have experience in all aspects of farming but I would like to gain further knowledge so one day I can take over the family farm. Growing up I have always helped my parents/neighbours and family friends with farm work and relief milking, have experienced tailing with a neighbouring farm next door to us. I left school over lock down to assist my parents until they found another staff member. I have been working on a farm in West Otago for the last 5-6 months as a assistant herd manager. I have level 1 and 2 NCEA. Don’t have any previous convictions etc and will pass any random drug tests. I’m currently based in Moa Flat but willing to work anywhere in the South Island.
