Description

As a shop manager you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving guests as well there are some requirement you need to meet. Also everyone who are willing to join our team should be able to work day shifts, night shifts and weekends.

Job Responsibilities;
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
Manage all staff and personnel activities such as training and performance management.
Responsible for creating purchasing as well as marketing policies and ensuring that they are implemented in a proper manner.
Handle phone orders with professionalism and accurately collect information needed to complete orders with in given time limit by customer.
Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and rules, policies and procedures.
Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines.
Responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services.
Maintaining records and manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control, make ensure that they stay within budget.
Plan promotional activities, special pricing plans and advertise the products.
Reviewing the performance in order to assess sales target, labour costs and return on sales.

Requirements;
Graduate diploma in strategic management (level 7)
Minimum of 2 years kebab shop experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
