Hello! My name is Felipe, I am a Chilean dedicated to the area of gastronomy and service. i'm in new zealand on my food and drink journey with a WHV.
I have been traveling the world and I have also developed a lot in my country. In other countries I have worked more
than anything in restaurants of different types, both cheap restaurants, as well as restaurants of the highest category according to magazines such as st. pellegrino or the diamond guide that rewards the best hotels.
Before coming to new zealand I worked in different
restaurant areas as well as in the wine industry as a
salesperson. My last job was as a sous chef in Spring (Remuera) but due to company problems I could not continue working there.
I hope in this country to be able to work on what I have
always liked and never stop learning, these are the 2 things that have always led me to give my best.
