Unihold Solutions Ltd is a competitive up to date supplier and installer of quality commercial vehicle fit outs. We are a family orientated business based in Onehunga, currently supplying a number of large fleets, and also individual traders.
We are now currently looking for prospective employee willing to add their skills in accounts support, month end, Receivables/Payables, GST/TAX, and general admin duties.
This role includes but not limited to:
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Data entry
• Maintaining monthly accounts, Journal entries
• GST Reporting and coding bank statements
• Preparing financial reports as required
• Co-ordinate with creditors and debtors
• Other ad hoc duties.
This role is often busy, but working with a great bunch of people in a friendly and warm family environment.
To be considered to this role, you will need to have
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the full range of accounting functions, previous financial experience in working with data entry and particularly AP functions
• Ideally have worked on Reckon/QuickBooks and intermediate Excel skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet regular deadlines
• Bring a ‘can do’ attitude and always be up for a new challenge.
