Due to continued growth, the company director needs a right-hand man/woman to assist him on a daily basis with administrative duties, as well as low-mid level accounting work.
Assisting the director with the on-boarding of new clients, as well as day-to-day tasks of running the business your goal will be to free management up as much as possible so they can focus on the high-level stuff. Finsol Consulting is no ordinary accounting firm, with a flexible business model allowing work from home arrangements when it suits, a modern and edgy team, as well semi-frequent nationwide travel you will be the envy of your peers at other accounting firms.
This role would suit a person with some accounting experience, moderate level administrative experience, and a hunger to progress their career. Experience with Xero is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously for extended periods of time. Your people skills should be outstanding, as should your written language skills and your attention to detail should be so good it's frightening.
