We require someone who can hit the ground running in this role, so you will need some previous Lending experience and worked for a payday Lender . As well as the ability to mutitask and prioritse work.

Other essential skills and attributes include:
• Assess and make decisions on applications including secured and unsecured loans.
• Correct decision making of applications within delegation authority (DA)
• Make recommendations where applicable to higher delegated authorities
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders by providing service within determined service level agreements and a positive customer experience.
• Accurate and timely processing and decisioning of credit applications
• Managing and resolving escalations
• Continuous Improvement ideas and feedback
• Working cross functionally across our business to achieve desired improvements and outcomes
• A positive attitude and friendly disposition
• The ability to relate to people from all walks of life

Lending Administrator

Are looking for a reliable person with a professional work ethic and a passion for customer care to enhance the business.
The Role to be an integral part of a small team, looking after the administration side of the business together with supporting our credit team.
The right person will be a proactive positive self-starter with a keen eye for detail, competent in prioritising and working with little supervision, self-motivated.
This is a customer focused role, prior experience in developing strong relationships with customers would be ideal.
