The Company
My client is one of those feel good companies helping families throughout New Zealand and is an essential service based in Albany. They are constantly growing and due to a few projects happening at the moment need an Assistant Accountant to join the team on a temporary basis. During level 3 the role will be working remotely and at level 2 you will be in the office helping with the project.
The Role
This role will report to the Finance Manager and includes:
Accounts payable (including expense claims) and receivables
Intercompany transactions
Bank reconciliations
Invoicing
General Ledger and journals
Anything adhoc the Finance Manager needs a hand with in regards to the projects
Skills & Experience
Be immediately available
Experience using Excel where you can demonstrate v-lookups and pivot tables at a minimum (this will be tested)
Experience with MYOB
A great can do attitude
