We'll be interviewing shortly, and the position will be available early/mid January.
This is for a sole charge DUTY MANAGER position so our preference would be that applicants will need to either already hold an LCQ AND a current GM Cert or at the very least be in the position of being able to immediately apply for their GM Cert (requirements for this are that you already have the LCQ qualification and have 6 months or more experience and are aged 20 or over).
However, we will consider applications without these qualifications as finding the right person is most important and could then assist you in becoming certified. An awesome work ethic and great customer service skills are a MUST.
