What will you actually be doing?

Being at the forefront of the company, ensuring that excellent customer service is being provided all
the time, no exception.
Resolving queries and offering solutions, fielding calls from customers, motivating the staff to give
their best.
Providing help and advice to customers using the organisations products and services
Maintaining an excellent relationship with customers
Identifying new sales opportunities and retain existing customers
Knowing the company’s products and services and keeping up to date with changes
Communicating with customers courteously by phone, email and face to face
Assisting in developing and reviewing customer service policies
Assisting in the developing and reviewing customer feedback/complaint procedures/forms
Collecting and analysing data, feedback etc. to determine the standards of customer service provided
Suggesting ways to improve customer service procedures, policies and standards
Handling customer complaints effectively and politely
And anything else required to keep the customers happy and the business running.
