Rare & exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join the team at a central Nelson hotel. F & B management experience is essential preferably within a hotel environment.
Reporting to the Hotel General Manager you will ensure the seamless operation of all on site F & B operations as well as stepping into the General Manager role in their absence.
