Located in Ellerslie, walking distance to public transport and Ellerslie town center. Has a global reputation as a market leader in their industry. This client needs inbound/outbound contact center superstars!
This contact center offers Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm and every second Saturday till 12pm. 80% inbound, 20% outbound, and converting sales up and down the country to provide first level customer services to the general public. On job training first hand with the team leaders and contact centre manager.
You will need to have clear written and oral communication skills along with sound client relationship building ability. Convert sales into dollars.
