This isn't remotely to do with marketing or sales, but in fact about convincing people that their opinion matters to us and to spend some time giving us their views on a wide range of topics.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
Have EXCELLENT written and oral English
Be people focused
Have fluid, clear communication skills
Enjoy talking to people
Be able to type 30 words per minute with 85% accuracy
Be well organised
Be goal and target orientated
Be computer literate
Be able to work in our Penrose office when telephone interviewing
Have great customer service skills
Be positive and focused attitude
Have the ability to work as part of a team
For the right person there are a variety of shifts available. We operate:
Mon - Fri 6:30pm - 10:30pm
Weekends 11:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 7:00pm
We are currently looking for people on our Evening and Weekends shifts.
Shifts and days are negotiable, depending on the hours you can commit to.
