We are looking to recruit Commercial Cleaner/Supervisor who are confident in all aspects of commercial cleaning. This role is 30 hours a week. Variable timings including weekends as well.
Some of the essential duties are:
1. Ensure cleaning and associated duties are performed to a consistent and high quality standard
2. Inspections of all areas are carried out
3. Client complaints are followed up immediately and resolved to clients' satisfaction.
4. Assist with staff training ensuring all are competent to complete their duties.
5. Ensure the site has correct materials and equipment to undertake relevant tasks.
6. Ensuring Health and Safety of the staff.
7. Deal with staff issues and client complaints
8. Monitor and report on operational issues in order to continually review service and implement improvements when required.
9. Assist other staff to share the workload together
10. Must able to drive.
What we are looking for:
You must be a mature and confident team leader. You will lead from the front and must have exceptional ability to priorities a high workflow and a natural ability to adopt a coaching style.
You demonstrate a high degree of integrity, outstanding customer service and a proven ability to problem solve. Must have experience in commercial cleaning.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
Hourly rate starting from $19.50 per hour
