This is a customer facing role, so you will need to be great with people, and have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to customers collecting and returning vehicles.
Great phone manner taking bookings and answering questions.
Grooming and preparing vehicles for rent.
Skills and experience
A positive attitude.
Great with people.
Experience in the rental car industry, whilst not necessary will be remunerated accordingly.
