Description

Westpeak New Zealand is a Greymouth based company specialising in supplying workwear and uniforms to industry throughout New Zealand.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate customer service representative to join our team. This role will be providing impeccable customer service to our nationwide customers as you will be the first point of contact for any customer queries about Westpeak products, services, and orders, along with other general admin duties.

25 – 35 hours a week with the potential for more hours given as the role progresses for the right candidate.

Key duties include:

Deliver an outstanding experience for our customers as you will be the first point of contact.
Methodically work though customer backorders giving updates and alternatives. This is a very important part of our business as communication is key.
Answering phones and helping sales team where needed.
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, working with warehouse and sales team.
Resolve all customer inquiries and issues from beginning to end and within an acceptable time frame.
Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Running our net promoter customer feedback scheme.
Keeping records of customer interactions.
Inform key accounts managers of any issues which may affect the customer, for instance shipping delays, out of stock merchandise or unexpected supplier price increases.

Desired skills (not essential but an advantage for role)

Admin/high-volume office experience is an advantage, but training will be given
Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
Computer literacy skills an advantage (Word, Microsoft office etc).
Enjoy working as part of a team.
Resilient with the natural ability to embrace and adapt to change.
