Taupo ITM is looking for a customer service focused person to join our locally owned and operated business.
We are looking for a motivated, team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our team, This role is full of variety, and would suit someone who is very organised and takes initiative.
We require a positive, reliable all-rounder, someone who works autonomously under their own initiative and is very well organised. This is a responsible role within the team and requires excellent communication skills with staff and Clients
In this position you will be part of our close-knit, dedicated team. Taupo ITM is focused on providing industry-leading customer service - driven in a large part by the efforts of our Yard staff.
You be responsible for:
Health and safety within the Yard.
Working with the Yard Supervisor to ensure that orders are pulled and trucks are loaded correctly and efficiently.
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
Contributing to general staff morale. The ideal applicant will have:
Experience within the building supplies industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Class F (forklift license).
Class 2 or 4 truck license would be advantageous.
