Position
Detailer and Customer Service Representative (Full time and Part time needed)
About this role
This exciting opportunity has two roles in one. You will be doing Customer Service (admin), but also preparing campervans for pickups
· Detailing and cleaning of Campervans and rental vehicles.
· Ensuring vehicles are fully equipped with supplies as per checklists.
· Create a positive customer experience by greeting and assisting our valued customers.
· Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
· Assist with branch administration and daily business duties
· Ensure overall customer satisfaction by following processes and resolving issues independently.
· Multi-task and in a sole charge work environment at times
· Be a positive team member
Key Experience we are looking for:
· Ability to follow instructions to the finest detail
· Attention to detail and continually finishes work to the highest standard
· Great communication skills, a positive attitude and likes dealing with people
· Previous detailer or customer service experience: tourism/car rental knowledge an advantage
· Ability to work independently and be proactive
· Computer and basic office skills
· Flexibility of working hours (shift work, weekend work, and public holidays)
· Current NZ driver’s license, and access to own transport
· NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
