An opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager within Rutherford Hotel Nelson.
Applicants with the following qualities will be considered:
•A current NZ General Managers Certificate
•A current First Aid Certificate
•12 months experience with Opera or a similar Property Management System
•Previous experience in a front office role
•Hotel and/or customer service experience
•A friendly smile and excellent communication skills
•Excellent grooming
We are looking for someone with a high standard of personal presentation and a friendly helpful demeanour. The Duty Managers are trusted with a high level of responsibility and guest safety so must be experts at self-management and be capable of performing in busy hotel situations.
Flexibility in working hours will be required as the working roster will be spread over 7 days including evening and morning shifts.
