Intermediate Hair Stylist/Hairstylist
The following job functions are the key responsibilities of the successful candidate:
Perform men/boys' haircuts for wide varieties of styles and trends.
Perform women/girls' haircuts for wide varieties of styles and trends.
Look after the customer payments/cash/Eftpos register manning
Run daily sales summaries on Eftpos/Cash register
Run daily reporting/filing in iRazor's in-house queue and tracking system
Tidy-up the shop, tools and salon equipment's sanitation
Occasional knowledge sharing with other staffs for haircut trends and improvement tips
Participate on company team building activities and quarterly regional meetings
Job Requirements:
iRazor as a home-grown salon brand values customer service skills more than anything else. The following attributes are advantageous/big plus to be a successful candidate:
At least 3 years work experience in a salon or hair & beauty shop and performs hair tattoos
Dynamic and upbeat personality to keep customers satisfied and resolve challenging situations
An open-minded team player which accepts feedback from other team members especially the supervisors and managers
You will be working on rotational rostered schedule, Mondays through Sundays (with 2 weekdays off) between the hours of 9am to 6Pm(Mondays to Wednesdays & Saturdays) 9am-8pm(Thursdays to Fridays) and 9am-5pm on Sundays
