Alpers Lodge needs a full-time Lodge Manager.
Diploma in Hospitality Management qualification or two-year managerial experience essential.
Key responsibility:
• Ensuring the Lodge is running smoothly
• Ensuring quality hospitality, room service, and housekeeping provided to customers
• Managing lodge staff, arranging recruitment and training
• Planning restaurant, function and conference activities
• Managing Lodge finance and daily purchasing
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handling customer’s complaint
• Cooperating with travel agencies and providing tourism services to customers
• Ensuring property, facility and garden maintenance
• Ensuring liquor, hygiene and safety regulations are strictly adhered to
• Other duties as assigned
