Job title: Nail Technician
We are looking for a qualified and experienced person to take the position of Nail Technician at our busy nail salon.
Qualified person needs to have a Nail qualification OR at least one year experience as nail technician.
Hours of Work: minimum of 40 hour per week
Job responsibilities:
• To ensure that all treatment are carried out professionally and accurately at all time
• Assess clients' nails before treatment
• Provide manicures (buff, shape, and polish clients' nails) and spa pedicure ( treat clients' feet and toenails)
• Prepare clients' nails for enhancement such as acrylic nails, gel nail, silk nail, fiber glass nail, UV gel, nail extension
• Paint designs and patterns on to nails( nail art)
• Massage clients' hands and feet
• Providing advice on nail care and treatments
• Refer clients to health professional nails diseases( e.g In-growth nails, double nails)
• Provide appropriate training to new staff
• Any other duties the employer reasonably may require employee to perform
• Ability to adapt , work in a multicultural workplace
• Properly use chemical for nail treatment
• May work on weekend and public holiday
