The opportunity:
Polyflor are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their close knit team. This position is likely to suit some one who has administration or customer service product experience, and can communicate with all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities:
• Process customer enquiries, sales orders, and technical information
• Filing of documentation
• Liaise with sales and warehousing teams
• Coordinate with freight companies and tracking deliveries
• Organise and process customer credits
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Involvement with sampling, process picking and dispatch
You will have:
• Relevant customer service experience
• Excellent phone manner
• Sufficient computer skills
