Bay Air/ CommElec Group is an electrical/ heat pump company based here in Mount Maunganui. We service a wide range of electrical customers from the domestic, commercial and industrial electrical sectors and also install Solar Power and Air-conditioning. We are a young, awesome company and are constantly looking at what we can do to better ourselves and our systems.

We are looking for a motivated, friendly and confident person preferably with experience in this type of role and with a willingness to learn and grow your skills on the daily.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

- Be motivated, friendly and confident,

- All general day-to-day office maintenance including managing office/facilities tidiness, mail collection, banking and fleet/PPE audits,

- Managing a high level inbound and outbound calls with an inspiring energy to ensure all our customers are getting top-notch service,

- Responsible for managing inbound/outbound couriers,

- Manage Supplier Invoices and other accounts queries,

- Entering and making pay runs, PAYE taxes, GST etc,

- Follow up debtors,

- Create Purchase orders for staff,

- Marketing duties,

- Job & time entry,

Requirements:

- Clean and current full NZ Driver's License.

- You must have the right attitude and be willing to put in hard work in order to succeed.

- You are passionate and dedicated to providing the ultimate customer service experience both internally and externally.

- You thrive being around others and can deliver in a busy environment, while keeping your cool under pressure.

- Ready and willing to learn in order to move forward for both yourself and the business.

- You will enjoy a good laugh and be able to feel right at home with our awesome Team.

Currently we are wanting someone to be able to do 15-20 hours a week with the expectancy that this will be extended to a more full time roll.

Knowledge in SIMPRO job management software or similar and XERO accounting software or similar will be a huge benefit.
