Z and Co has two Senior Stylist positions open with two different contract structures:

Commission-based
Rent-a-chair

Senior Stylist responsibilities

Perform modern hair looks with exceptional skill, including hair colours, cuts and styling.
Manage your own calendar with client enquiries and bookings.
Consult with clients and offer expert recommendations with both their needs and desires.
Promote yourself and your skills to continue to build a clientele.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring compliance with salon standards.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines throughout all hairdressing procedures.

Senior Stylist (Commission-based)

This is a % based commission position that has all the flexibility of working for yourself, while having extra support with in-salon and admin duties. The requirements for this role include:

Experienced Senior Stylist
Minimum-moderate clientele with room to take on more
Specialist in modern colour work, styling and basic cutting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Professional demeanour and appearance
