Shift Leader Job description
We are a cranking in Christchurch city centre, and we need an awesome leader type people to help us out.
Shift leaders take responsibility for the whole store on their watch, and make sure all our systems are humming and that our awesome customers are getting the best experience possible.
As a Shift Leader, you may be responsible for:
Leading a Team, Training
Setting targets & celebrating successes
Exceptional Customer Service
Food Safety, Quality Food Production
Internal Communication
Inventory Management
Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Safety and Security
Skill and Experience:
Proven experience in hospitality management, people leadership.
Passion for customer service and creating special customer moments.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience coaching and training staff.
Shift Timing
Applicants must be available to work flexible hours at night and on weekends and be available over our busy Christmas and New Year period. can discuss as per candidate availability.
