We have multiple technical support temporary opportunities based in Auckland CBD working for a well-known leading company within the telecommunications sector.
These roles have a start date of the 25th February 2019 and will working 5 days over a Monday – Sunday roster, 40 hours per week.
Some of your duties include:
▪️ Delivering excellent customer service via digital platforms
▪️ Provisioning customer and business connections, tracking them through the process and dealing with any faults that arise
▪️ Troubleshooting customer issues for a range of products and services
▪️ Seeing the issues through to resolution with the customer
▪️ Responding to queries via email/ web chat/ social media
▪️ Working out of hours to provide 24-hour customer support
What you’ll need to succeed:
▪️ Experience working in the telecommunication industry
▪️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
▪️ A passion for solving complex customer problems
▪️ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly
▪️ Flexible work pattern, able to work evenings and weekends if required
▪️ Valid work visa, permanent residency or citizenship
▪️ Clean criminal record
▪️ Reference checks covering the last two years working history
▪️ Able to work 40 hours per week
▪️ Able to start immediately, February start date!
