We are looking for a fully registered/provisional teacher to support our great team. The position will commence at the beginning of October and will be full time.
We are confident our Centre can offer an environment that you can to grow in your pursuit to be the best teacher you can be.
We offer professional education that reflects the strategic goals of the Centre and supports, and mentors registered teachers to meet the codes and standards required by the Education Council for ongoing registration renewal.
The successful candidate will:
• Support and uphold the standards of the Centre’s Christian philosophy, policies, values, and goals.
• Be able to identify, respond, assess and document children’s interest and learning by applying Te Whariki Curriculum and an understanding of learning dispositions.
• Demonstrate respectful and meaningful interactions with children, staff, and families.
• Apply the ‘Our Code, Our Standards’ of the Education Council for registered teachers.
• Be able to write meaningful and high-quality learning stories that relates back to Te Whariki.
• Recognize the value and importance of working collaboratively with the teaching team and all other staff at Panmure Bridge Childcare Centre.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
