ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Greerton Marist Junior Club Captain, you will need to:
Monitor weekly Greerton Marist home team draws + the Seniors home games.
Allocate fields in conjuntion with the Senior Club Captain.
Mark the Changing Rooms with the appropriate team names. GM Team South Wing, Visitors North Wing.
Open up the Tunnel and Changing Rooms.
Guide our home GM team to set up the fields and take them down if there are no games afterwards. Note: we do not expect you to set the fields up. Teams are responsible for this. You will just need to be onhand to assist.
Ensure that teams clean their changing room after they’ve finished with it.
Ensure that all rubbish is disposed of and tunnels are swept. Again, this is the teams responsibility. You will just need to oversee this is being done and guide if it is not up to standard.
Lock up afterwards if there are no Senior Games.
More details will be provided.
A full handover / training will be provided with a lot of support over the season as well. This is a hands-on role that requires a commitment to be able to be down at the Club on Saturday mornings.
You will be an integral part of the Junior Rugby Club team also assisting and guiding where required.
