Aotearoa Career and Management Institute ("ACMI") is a private training establishment in Auckland Central specializing in Travel and Tourism and English. We currently have an opportunity available for teaching school groups on our summer English programme. The programme consists of morning classes and afternoon activities. Teachers will have the opportunity to join the afternoon activities and get paid for exploring Auckland and the surrounding area.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Adult Education in a similar setting to our school. It is preferable for teachers to have (or be working towards) a TESOL certificate equivalent to CELTA with an assessed practical teaching component. Post graduate qualifications are also welcomed.
The position is for two weeks from January 13th to 25th on a full time basis. There may be opportunities for ongoing relieving work in addition to these hours. Remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience in a similar role. Only candidates available for these dates will be contacted.
