* Have a thorough knowledge of exercise physiology and how to coach exercises with progressions and regressions
* Be confident in your abilities as a trainer and can accept constructive criticism with an open attitude to up-skilling and progressing as a trainer and an individual
* Have professional conduct 100% of the time and can leave your personal life at the door
We want someone with 'personality plus' and a 'can-do attitude' who strives to be the best and wants to get the best out of people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes and drive results for members
* Create an exciting/motivating team environment
* Assist with membership acquisition
* Work with the Team to create a strong community culture
* Assist with keeping the studio clean and tidy
* Develop and help foster a positive, motivational, and community-based team training environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Have a great knowledge of F45 Training!
