Pineapples Early Learning is an integral part of the local community and our team are dedicated to providing the highest quality childcare and education to every child that step’s through our doors. One of our wonderful over 2's teachers has unexpectedly departing us due to health reasons and this means that we have a unique opportunity for a registered & qualified teacher to join of fun-loving, passionate team in our semi-rural, child-led over 2's environment. This position would be great for a Kaiako who is looking for a supportive environment to grow as a person and as an educator.

Our learning & growing environment provides a nurturing, well-resourced and open plan environment, and or success is reflected in receiving our 4 year ERO review. Our teachers are supportive, caring & passionate, meaning they are able to create unique bonds with our whanau & to develop tamariki who are strong, capable and confident.

As we hunt for our new superstar we prefer they have:

• Have a NZ ECE or Primary teaching qualification & be registered with the NZ Teacher’s Council
• Have an absolute dedication & real passion for working with children from 3 months to 5 years. Being able to teach tamariki in a positive & nurturing way.
• Be flexible & love the thrill of working in environment, wh’s sole interest is providing the best possible outcomes for all our tamariki especially those over 2 years old.
• Be reliable, enthusiastic and work well as a team
• Have a sound knowledge of Te Whariki, ECE regulations, policies and procedures
