We are always looking for volunteer yoga instructors to teach or co-teach at our program sites. After reviewing our volunteer requirements and benefits
As a volunteer teacher, you can:
• Teach at our Yoga studio: NZ Ashram 359 Henderson Valley Rd, Henderson Valley, Auckland 0612
• Choose the best suitable time-table to teach Yoga class
• Teach a donation-based class on behalf of NZ Ashram for people
• Receive a certain percentage of donation and several benefits as well in terms of job opportunities, housing, renting and transport from the organization.
All teaching positions are currently volunteer positions at this time. We strive to offer benefits to support you in your efforts to teach in a community setting beyond financial return, including:
• A community of service-oriented teachers to learn and grow with.
• Training and support to prepare you to work with a variety of special populations based on your interests
• Continuing education to support your growth as a practitioner and teacher of yoga, and a partnership program to assist you with trainings at other studios and programs.
