About the Role
With the residential market booming across the country, This company has a strong pipeline of projects for the whole of 2021. They are seeking a self-driven Project Architect to join the team in Auckland. You will have the ability to work across the whole stages of the projects from the input with design to having a key presence on site.
What you'll need to be considered
Have a strong understanding of NZ building codes
Have an excellent eye for design (high-end residential experience is preferred)
Be able to manage multiple projects at once
Have a strong understanding of the client's needs
Be an excellent communicator
Be able to assist, support and mentor the team internally
Be able to use Revit
