Our Client has a relatively new Civil team that has stemmed from there excellence in delivering construction projects and a want to complete projects from Greenfields right through to the completion of the build. There track record in the industry has meant they have a huge amount of repeat/stable business coming in the door and in turn can offer a very bright career for the right person.
The Role will involve many aspects and the right candidate will want to develop into a real all round civil genius!
Sub-contractor involvement
Assemble project team
On site work
Monitor sub contractor payments
Pricing of work
Strategy development
Survey of works
Execute contracts from start to finish
Involvement in tender and post tender
Budget control
Hands on assistance and leadership when necessary
These are just a few of the things involved and the role will continue to develop as you do. The end goal is to have someone well versed with all stages of projects. There will be an opportunity to really make this your own and become a leader
