Splice Construction is continuously growing and we are looking for an experienced Guard Rail Installer that is looking to move into a supervisory role.
This role is based in Hamilton, but you will be working around the North Island with the occasional stay away work.
This will be a hands-on role and you will be working in a team environment.
Candidates for this position should have:
Full Class 2 or 4 (this is preferable)
Digger experience would be ideal but isn’t critical
Experience with wire rope barriers and guard rail
Physically fit
Can be relied upon to arrive on time, everyday
Great communication skills
Awareness of Health and Safety Requirements
Can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and develop within the company
