The Company:
Established leading multidisciplinary consultancy with a high performing team of 60 staff based in modern, spacious open-plan offices. Providing a range of professional services to the Land Development, Infrastructure and Construction sectors they run a very slick, professional operation and have recognised industry leaders across a number of disciplines. Well placed in the local market they have strong networks with both private industry and public sector organisations ensuring a broad scope of projects.
The Challenge:
Apply your technical Engineering and Design knowledge, commercial acumen and professional nous to a broad range of Land Development projects. The broad scope of work across 3 Waters, Residential Subdivisions, Earthworks, Hydraulic Modelling, Commercial Developments and Infrastructure projects.
Your Skills:
Tertiary Civil Engineering qualification
Familiar with the preparation of Engineering approval applications for consent with council
Design experience with Civil 3 D, 12 D or similar
Familiar with drainage and flood reporting and catchment analysis
Able to prepare specifications and associated design documentation
Confident with the construction monitoring of contractors, provision of site reports and providing engineering instructions
Strong client-facing communication skills
You will be provided with a supportive, collaborative environment and the opportunity to work end to end on a range of challenging and interesting Development and Infrastructure projects.
