We are looking for an exceptional Club Manager to take our club to the next level.
This is the first time this position has been advertised publicly since we opened.
With this vacancy we now look to continue the great work that has been established through excellent customer service, building the membership base and keeping our members engaged and enjoying our service.
Some key responsibilities in this role will be to:
Manage a small fitness team
Add new members through building new relationships, gaining referrals and networking through current relationships
Achieve targets and KPI's by retaining, maintaining and growing existing member base
Looking after current members through the delivery of orientations and service calls
Building strong effective relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Key requirements:
Management and Sales experience preferred
Ability to build strong relationships
Basic computer skills
Basic health and fitness knowledge (not essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, able to work alone or in a team
Positive 'can do' attitude
