*We are looking for a qualified counsellor; to join our team.
*The role will involve work with our parents/caregivers, and may include other family members.
*It is expected that you will support and enable clients to make changes that positively impact on their lives, and those of other family members (especially children).
*You need to have a commitment to positive parenting, an ability to engage with a range of people, and sensitivity and respect for others.
*We are a friendly team of professionals and Parentline can offer you further training and opportunities to enhance your professional development.
*NZAC or similar professional membership is essential.
*If you have experience in group facilitation this could include the opportunity to train/work as a facilitator in group parenting programmes.
