*A confident speaker and able to interact with a variety of people. Must be comfortable presenting to large groups of people
*Punctual – reliability and self-management is a must for this role
*Diverse – must be able to relate to those with different backgrounds e.g. non English speaking and different cultures
Skills required:
*Excellent attention to detail and record keeping
*A full (Clean) Drivers licence
*Teaching and/or medical background (Desirable)
*Available to work weekends (two out of 1 month)
*Travel is an essential part of this role so must be able to travel and stay in accommodation out of town at short notice
We will strongly consider applicants from the below backgrounds:
*Previous/Current First Aid instructor (at least 2 years’ experience)
*Previous/current Ambulance training (at least 2 years’ experience)
*Previous/Current Nurse (at least 2 years’ experience)
*Current PHEC Trained - Unit standard 29231
*Any relevant Medical/Urgent care experience
Further training within NZ Accredited Unit Standards will be required for the successful candidate
