Description

This is a front of house role heavily involved in driving member experience!!

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting members and guests to promote a friendly, positive and all inclusive culture.
Ensuring members have the best experience possible while at the gym.
Generating sales leads and converting them to memberships.
Putting weights away and generally making sure the gym is highly presentable.
Maintaining an organised and clean front desk area.
Daily cleaning of the gym and it's equipment.
Processing front desk sales.
Working directly with the manager and fitness team to ensure the gym runs smoothly.
Promoting our health club via the social media channels
Ensuring it's a fun and inviting environment for staffs and members

You will have the following:
Outstanding customer service skills...high energy and positivity is what we're after!
Proven sales skills, the ability to convert sales inquiries to memberships and manage appointments and tours.
A real passion for fitness that goes beyond to include a passion for people
Self motivated and goal orientated.
Flexible to work any days of the week with mornings, evenings and weekends also part of the mix.
Experience with social media and marketing
