We are looking for wonderful Healthcare Assistant to join our team in making sure that the provision of care to our residents is fulfilled 24/7.
WE NEED SOMEONE COMMITTED IN DOING ALL SHIFTS ON A ROTATING BASIS AS WELL AS NIGHT SHIFTS.
Basic requirements:
COMPUTER LITERATE - has a good command of using the computer, internet, due to our electronic medication system and resident care system etc.
must have an excellent command of the English language
be physically strong
positive can-do attitude
willingness & ability to take instructions and adapt as needed
be able to stay alert at all times
have a high standard of hygiene
6 months to 1 year aged care experience; also working with clients with Dementia is a plus
accurate documentation skills
able to do night shifts
As we offer an excellent starting rate, applicants will ideally have experience and qualifications in the aged care sector, or have a strong willingness to learn, but most importantly enjoy caring for older people and being part of a busy, dynamic family focused home that is committed to providing a high level of service and dedication.
