Life Plus are a wonderful healthcare company who provide 24/7 support for people with serious injury and/or complex care needs enabling them to live their lives the way they want in the community/ home environment as successfully as possible.

We are now looking for a Team leader to manage our group of 4/5 coordinators and help them to take our coordination and care service to new heights.

The role:
-Ensure all your consultants clients are fully rostered, care plans, documentation and recruitment are up-to-date and adequately maintained.
-Small caseload to uphold.
-Perform accurate Clinical Assessments.
-Client visits across Auckland and the occasional regional travel.
-Assist with Quality Assurance and audits.
-To ensure we are providing the best service possible.
-Monday to Friday || 9am - 5pm

What we are looking for:
-Registered Healthcare Professional AND Service Coordination experience in NZ
-Current APC
-Recruitment and Leadership experience is key
-Strong and clear oral and written communication skills
-Effective time management and top notch customer service skills are paramount
-Computer savvy
-Driven and hardworking
-Calm, collected and common-sense applicants a must
-A great sense of humour
