The successful applicant will be responsible for providing primary care nursing support, patient interventions and treatments to a range of clients, supporting their acute and chronic health needs. As part of the general practice team you will work within your scope of practice and be responsible for providing patient-centred, culturally appropriate, and individual holistic care. You must be passionate about improving health outcomes for our patients.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Current APC and experience in a primary health clinic.
Experience on MyPractice desirable but not essential
Cervical Smear, Immunisation and B4 School certificates are preferable.
Current full drivers license.
The ability to be innovative and creative to get the best for our patients, show us some initiative.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of people, with a smile on your face.
Effective communication skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills, put our patients at ease.
Highly effective planning and organisational skills; including time and workflow management – you will be a multi-tasker who works well under pressure.

The position is for 24-37.5 hours per week, between 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday. Hours and days are flexible but will need to cover lunch periods. We need a candidate who is flexible and open to growth, working up to full time to cover leave or as the Practice expands. Immediate start available.
