We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic person to join our team. The position is based in Queenstown, approximately 15 hours per week (jobshare).
The Rooms Coordinator is accountable for:
providing a welcoming drop-in centre for families/whanau
welcoming families visiting the Plunket rooms and assisting them to familiarise themselves with Plunket facilities, staff and services
referring families to other Plunket services and other community services where appropriate.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and welcoming, with excellent communication skills who has experience establishing trust and rapport with a wide range of people. Excellent organisational skills are also essential.
