WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an experienced Pharmacist, your role will involve but not limited to:

Rotate through all OBPG pharmacy stores
Participate in all professional services, programs and ensure you are achieving desired outcomes as set by your Manager
Contribute to dispensary efficiencies and people management by helping to organise dispensary work flow
Business and Technical Skills - Understand and contribute to 90 day plan tasks and strategies. Achieving the target outcomes via prescriptions and Pharmacist services (weekly)
Regularly survey or talk to customers weekly to ensure smooth service and client satisfaction
Quality presentation of premises, products and team
Work closely with Retail Manager to drive business and develop business strategies
Demonstrate great organisational skills, interpersonal skills & technology skills
Complete professional sales process

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

New Zealand registered Pharmacist
Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
Preferably 2+ years post-registration experience
Have qualifications or working towards being accredited in ECP, SOC, TMP, CPAM’s and Vaccination
Experience with Toniq Dispensary Software
Excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
Comprehensive industry knowledge
Self-starter, organised, honest, efficient, with an eye for detail
Desire to work in a busy team and create positive work culture
Highly motivated - always with ideas on how to make the customer service experience even better.
