Qualifications required.
We are looking to recruit an experienced (3 years minimum) Traditional Thai Massage Therapist to join our professional team at Paramount Thai Massage in Whangarei.
Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)
Greet customers with the standard and manner required for a professional business.
Assessing the clients physical condition on areas of concern and case history and advise on stretching exercises and relaxation techniques by using all resources available to the client to provide the best service possible.
E.g. Aromatherapy oils, Thai deep tissue, Reflexology, Traditional Thai Massage, Hot stone Massage & other therapies offered by the shop.
Administer treatments to aid relaxation, improve circulation and relive muscle tension by massaging the soft tissues of the body, such as muscles, tendons and ligaments to assist healing Utilizing a range of techniques.
Promote ongoing treatments and recommendations to further improve client’s well-being.
Help manage bookings & work schedules for clients and staff rosters.
Work with business owner to manage promotions and special deals.
Perform all therapeutic massage in accordance with best practice.
Maintain high standard of hygiene in the storage and preparation of massage materials.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the massage work areas.
Follow company safety procedures.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work Visa & a good common knowledge of English.
